The 2015 Fish Fry Season is "Frying" Along! We are already at Week 6!

The 2015 fish fry season is going great!  We have gone:
Ash Wednesday - Great return trip to St. Stephen Protomartyr

Friday Morning - The Friday Night Fish Family was on KSDK 5 'Show Me St. Louis'.  We gave some shout outs to St. Pius, St. Peters in St. Charles, St. Henry's in Belleville, Sacred Heart in Eureka, and St. Cecilia's.

Feb 20 - St. Pius (always great)
Feb 27 - Loyola Academy (only one fish fry a year.  It's a great fundraiser for this important middle school for boys)
March 6 - Cathedral School in Belleville, Il.  Great Illinois fish fry - it was terrific - or should we say 'walleyerific'. St. Henry's had made our list before for best Cod, and the Cathedral school ranks right up there.  The Cod was excellent.  However, the walleye may have been even a little better. Both were good size servings and fresh out of the fryer.  Everything a good fish fry should be:  great volunteers, delicious food, and a great atmosphere.
March 13 - American Legion on the Hill.  Good old school fish fry.  You get fish, slaw, and pasta! That's it!  It's simple and great.
March 20 - We traveled a short 229 miles to the St. John Lalande fish fry in Blue Springs, MO.  It was great!  They had a baked potato bar!

This Friday we are going to the Legion in Soulard.  See you there!
